Part‑time Scheduler / Administrative Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated part‑time Scheduler/Administrative Assistant to join our Abbotsford office. Working 20 hours per week, you will support our home‑care team by handling client inquiries, coordinating caregiver schedules, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and respond to client inquiries about services, entering information into the CMS.
• Schedule caregivers based on client needs, notify both clients and staff of assignments, and fill vacant shifts.
• Track caregiver hours, monitor leaves, and reconcile hours against client billing.
• Verify overtime, statutory holidays, and mileage for accurate payroll processing.
• Maintain office and caregiver supply inventory.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma; completion of a recognized program such as HCA, PSW or MOA is an asset.
• Experience in home‑care, health‑care or senior‑service environments is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle scheduling conflicts.
