Packaging & Digital Commerce Designer

About the role

We are seeking a versatile designer who works at the intersection of brand, packaging and digital commerce. You will create compelling visual experiences for e‑commerce product pages and online storefronts, supporting both direct‑to‑consumer and major retailer platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver best‑in‑class brand and product visuals for e‑commerce product pages and online storefronts (DTC and retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Target).
• Develop design solutions focused on digital content channels and e‑commerce, working independently or within multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, internal reviews and agency initiatives.
• Maintain creative integrity by staying up‑to‑date with e‑commerce best practices, including ADA compliance.
• Take ownership of projects to ensure accurate, consistent and timely delivery of high‑quality work.

Required profile

• 4+ years of design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates brand building, packaging and digital design for CPG, food & beverage or technology brands.
• Strategic problem‑solver with an understanding of consumer purchase behavior and design systems.
• Highly collaborative, accountable and able to thrive under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Mac OS.
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Adobe XD, Miro and Keynote for collaboration and presentation.
• Basic animation or motion‑design techniques.
• Front‑end development knowledge for e‑commerce (a plus).
