Creative & Design Architect – Graphic Designer

About the role

PUSH is seeking a Creative & Design Architect to join its Toronto office. Working in a hybrid model, you will translate brand strategies into compelling visual assets across social, digital, and presentation formats.

Key responsibilities

• Design brand‑aligned campaign extensions for social, digital, and presentation media.
• Create high‑quality social content (static, carousel, stories/reels, paid variants) that follows platform specifications.
• Develop and maintain reusable templates and lightweight design systems to improve consistency and speed.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, creative leads, and account teams to iterate concepts efficiently.
• Prepare final files for digital delivery, ensuring correct formatting, specs, accessibility basics, and quality control.
• Contribute to mood boards and early design explorations to shape creative direction.
• Optionally support UX/UI design tasks in Figma, including wireframes, UI layouts, component libraries, and landing page designs.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in brand and campaign design, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design and social content with excellent typography, layout, and visual craft.
• Understanding of design trends, platform changes, and modern workflows, including AI‑assisted design practices.
