Nanny (Full-time)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated full‑time nanny to provide comprehensive childcare and household support for a private family in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily care of infants and children, maintaining a safe and healthy home environment, and assisting with various household tasks such as cooking and light cleaning.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and care for infants and children, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and preparing them for rest periods.
• Organize and lead age‑appropriate games, outings, and educational activities to support social and emotional development.
• Prepare, cook, and serve nutritious meals and snacks, and handle grocery shopping for food and household supplies.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, and maintaining household linens and clothing.
• Travel with the family on trips, providing continuous child supervision and assisting with housekeeping duties on the road.
• Keep accurate records of daily activities, health information, and personal hygiene instruction for each child.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and child‑friendly environment throughout the home, attending to the emotional well‑being of the children.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate (high school diploma).
• Between 1 and 7 months of experience in nanny or childcare roles.
