About the role
We are looking for a caring and reliable individual to provide full‑time child care in a private home setting in Edmonton. The provider will ensure the safety, health, and development of infants and children while following the parents’ guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Change diapers, bathe, dress and feed infants and children.
- Discipline children according to parents’ methods and promote personal hygiene and social development.
- Maintain daily activity and health records for each child.
- Organise games, outings and other age‑appropriate activities.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and supervise rest periods.
- Keep the home environment safe, clean and healthy at all times.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- CPR and First Aid certificates.
- Basic security clearance.
- Flexibility and reliability.
- Previous experience in child care is an asset.
