About the role
Rodan Energy is seeking a Marketing Manager - Digital to own and evolve its digital marketing strategy. The role will focus on marketing technology, campaign performance, and data‑driven decision‑making, acting as the primary steward of HubSpot and the corporate website.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as technical and strategic owner of HubSpot, building a roadmap tied to business outcomes such as improved lead scoring and lifecycle automation.
- Design, test, and launch email campaigns for inbound nurture, content promotion, webinars, and outbound sales‑led sequences, including A/B testing of subject lines, content, and send times.
- Maintain and publish website content on WordPress, ensuring SEO best practices and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Partner with Sales Operations and RevOps to guarantee clean data hygiene, GDPR/CAN‑SPAM compliance, and accurate marketing‑to‑sales handoffs.
- Report on campaign performance, create dashboards, and translate insights into quarterly plans.
Required profile
- Analytical, systems‑oriented digital marketer with strong experience in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, revenue operations, and event marketing teams.
- Detail‑focused with a passion for data quality, performance measurement, and continuous optimization.
