Manager, Real Estate Services

About the role

Mastercard’s Real Estate Services (RES) team is looking for a Manager to lead leasing, disposition and workplace strategy initiatives across North America. The role will shape portfolio performance, drive cost efficiencies and embed sustainability standards while delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of RES to design and execute real‑estate leasing and disposition strategies that support business growth and optimize the portfolio.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders across multiple geographies to ensure alignment and performance of real‑estate assets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local business leaders to implement workplace management policies that meet global standards.
• Represent the RES function in regional leadership meetings and advocate for real‑estate priorities.
• Oversee capacity and space planning to translate business needs into actionable space solutions.
• Collaborate with global service providers to achieve operational goals and monitor onsite team performance.
• Work with the Environmental Sustainability team to integrate green lease, design and building standards throughout the region.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical mindset with an entrepreneurial approach to problem‑solving.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Relevant professional accreditations (e.g., GBCI, IFMA, CoreNet Global, RICS) are a plus.
