Logistics & Operations Specialist

About the role

As a Logistics & Operations Specialist at Knix, you will be a core anchor in supply chain execution, ensuring inventory moves smoothly from production to customers. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Logistics & Operations, you will manage inbound, outbound and internal logistics to support business growth and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound freight and compliance across sea, air and road, including cross‑border shipments, customs documentation, HTS classification and duty‑drawback programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PLs and distribution‑center teams, resolving daily fulfillment issues across eCommerce, retail, wholesale and internal channels while monitoring delivery SLAs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot system integrations across ERP, OMS and WMS platforms to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards covering freight spend, cost per order and lead times.
• Partner with planning, merchandising and other cross‑functional teams to align logistics activities with business objectives.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
