About the role
We are seeking a compassionate live‑in caregiver to provide personal and bedside care for a client in Winnipeg. The position includes room and board, offering a stable, full‑time opportunity to live on‑site and support the client’s daily needs.
Key responsibilities
- Administer bedside and personal care, including hygiene assistance.
- Assist with regular exercise and mobility, such as walking and transfers.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support throughout the day.
- Monitor health indicators and ensure medication adherence.
- Maintain accurate records of care activities and observations.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Clear criminal record check.
- Experience in caregiving is an asset.
