Lead Consultant – Oracle Fusion HCM OTL

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Lead Consultant to implement and support the Oracle Fusion HCM Time & Labor (OTL) module for Canadian public‑sector clients. The role focuses on delivering compliant, high‑performance solutions that meet Canadian labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM OTL for public‑sector customers.
• Drive client engagements covering integrations, data migrations, and reporting across related modules.
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear business insights for functional, technical, and senior management audiences.
• Guide projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle, ensuring smooth delivery and optimal system performance.
• Provide ongoing support, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, payroll parallel reconciliation, and hyper‑care activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, with at least 12 years leading Oracle Fusion HCM OTL implementations for Canadian public‑sector clients.
• Located within commuting distance of Mississauga or willing to relocate; authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel across Canada as needed.
