IT Support Administrator

About the role

STEMCELL Technologies is seeking an IT Support Administrator to provide end‑user IT equipment and cloud‑based application support for its staff. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting of Windows and Apple iOS devices with the management of cloud services such as Google Workspace, AWS, Intune/Kandji and Cisco Meraki.

Key responsibilities

• Triage and resolve technical requests related to end‑user equipment and tools.
• Deploy, upgrade, and replace laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Manage equipment lifecycle tasks including repair, inventory updates, and recycling.
• Perform routine maintenance on shared IT assets such as AV equipment, printers, and workstations.
• Execute employee onboarding and off‑boarding, handling account creation, equipment provisioning, and decommissioning.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary certificate or diploma and/or relevant IT certifications.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, judgment, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft operating systems and deployment/support tools.
• Experience supporting cloud‑based platforms like Google Workspace or Office 365.
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
