IT Infrastructure Technician

About the role

We are looking for an IT Observability Infrastructure Technician to join our team in downtown Montreal. The position is hybrid, requiring three days on‑site each week, and supports a 24/7 production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain enterprise observability platforms such as Dynatrace, ITRS Geneos and OpenTelemetry.
• Automate infrastructure tasks using scripting (Python, Perl, Bash) and configuration tools (Ansible, Jenkins, Git).
• Integrate monitoring solutions with existing systems and ensure reliable alerting.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Manage databases, firewalls, networking components, certificates and load‑balancing configurations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring or observability.
• Strong Linux/Unix and Windows administration skills.
• Dynatrace certification (or ability to obtain within three months).
• Fluent in both French and English.
