Inventory & Logistics Analyst – Supply Chain Operations

About the role

ZEROCOR Tubulars is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory & Logistics Analyst to strengthen its supply chain and operational efficiency. Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate purchase orders, vendor negotiations, and raw‑material inventory across the network, acting as a key liaison between marketing, sales support, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to leverage technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to translate customer requirements into technical product solutions.
• Generate and evaluate RFQs for pipe, pups, accessories, and freight, analysing price, lead time and vendor performance.
• Utilise pricing justification tools to calculate profit margins and document costs.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring 100% inventory accuracy and on‑time delivery.
• Manage ERP entries for purchases, transfers and changes, and resolve inventory discrepancies throughout the sales cycle.
• Produce monthly management reports and lead routine inventory audits.
