International Growth Consultant – Agency Focus

About the role

Google is looking for an International Growth Consultant to partner with agencies and advertising clients, helping them expand beyond domestic markets using Google’s suite of products. You will work closely with Google sales teams and Strategic Agency Managers to design and execute growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to agencies, identifying top international growth opportunities.
• Develop and present strategic plans, insights, and training programs to accelerate agency performance.
• Leverage Google resources and product expertise to support agencies’ go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Drive innovation in scaling strategies for 15‑20 agencies and explore new partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital advertising, client‑facing roles, business development, partnerships, or management consulting.
• Experience working with international markets or multinational clients is preferred.
• Proven success in advertising sales, media account management, or consulting.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
