About the role
EcoVadis is looking for a senior inside‑sales leader to head the Americas market within its Network Growth team. You will be responsible for expanding the subscriber base of rated companies across North America and Latin America, driving new‑logo acquisition in a high‑velocity SMB environment, and guiding a distributed team of 12 Account Executives and one Team Lead.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily regional operations to achieve new ARR and conversion targets, monitor performance, allocate resources and report results.
- Own the regional forecast, presenting performance, risks and growth levers to senior leadership.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Americas rated segment, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with Sales, Customer Success, Service Engagement, Product and Tech teams.
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team, fostering a data‑driven, AI‑focused culture and handling headcount planning.
- Represent EcoVadis at regional events, partner with industry organisations and strengthen brand presence.
- Drive the AI transformation of the Network Growth team, moving from manual execution to AI‑first scaling.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience leading B2B inside‑sales teams in the Americas.
- Track record of achieving aggressive revenue targets and new‑logo growth.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to forecast and optimise sales performance.
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple countries.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
