About the role
Insight Global is looking for an Inside Sales Account Executive to support a leading technology client’s small‑ and medium‑business segment on a six‑month contract. This fast‑paced position is ideal for a self‑starter who thrives in high‑volume environments, communicates confidently, and takes ownership from request through resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer requests, ensuring timely response, follow‑up, and resolution.
- Understand customer priorities and align solutions with business outcomes and use cases.
- Engage with customer stakeholders to build strong, trusted relationships.
- Grow and manage a sales pipeline while supporting customer retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align resources, guide product configuration, pricing, and availability.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage a high volume of requests.
- Friendly, approachable team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver outcome‑based selling and craft value propositions.
- Experience building relationships with influencers and decision‑makers.
- Quick learner who can adapt digital solutions and use AI insights to personalize customer interactions.
