Key responsibilities

• Assist the Grocery Manager in leading the team by example and fostering a positive environment.
• Prioritize daily tasks, set the team up for success, and provide direction during shifts.
• Greet customers warmly, build connections, and offer product recommendations.
• Answer team members’ questions, provide training, and share grocery expertise.
• Create attractive, organized product displays.
• Stay informed on new and featured products through flyers and magazines.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Experience in a customer‑service role; grocery or retail background preferred but not required.
• Passion for local, organic, sustainable food and natural supplements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, energetic environment.
