About the role

Eddyfi Technologies is seeking a Financial Controller to join its multi‑site finance team in Quebec City. Reporting to the General Manager, you will act as a trusted financial advisor, ensuring the integrity of financial data and supporting strategic decision‑making across a dynamic, multi‑entity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end close, financial reporting, and internal control processes.
• Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Provide financial insights to drive operational efficiency, profitability and compliance.
• Lead and mentor a small team of accounting technicians.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise processes and support business growth.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance or accounting, preferably within a multi‑entity organization.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic partner to senior management.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership capabilities.

Required skills

• Financial reporting and month‑end close expertise.
• Budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of internal controls and compliance standards.
