About the role
We are seeking an experienced fast food restaurant manager to lead our Tim Hortons location in Québec. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring high standards of service and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the budget for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Evaluate daily operations and monitor staff performance.
- Plan, organize and supervise daily restaurant activities.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
Required profile
- College/CEGEP education.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Availability for early morning, morning, evening, night, day and weekend shifts.
