Family Practitioner / General Practitioner – Job Share Position

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Family Practitioner/General Practitioner to join our team in a unique job‑share arrangement. The position is split evenly between outpatient clinic work and hospital‑based or elective activities, offering a balanced mix of patient continuity and diverse clinical experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑manage a shared panel of patients with a fellow physician in a team‑based outpatient setting (0.5 FTE).
• Provide inpatient care, emergency coverage, or other hospital‑based duties as agreed (0.5 FTE).
• Participate in teaching, research, procedural work, or other professional pursuits if desired.
• Maintain high standards of patient‑centered care and documentation.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Family Practitioner or General Practitioner.
• Strong collaborative mindset and commitment to continuity of care.
• Flexibility to split time between clinic and hospital or elective activities.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Ability to manage a shared patient panel efficiently.
