About the role

We are a brand‑new clinic with an attached pharmacy in Aldergrove, operating with a team of 12 young physicians. The practice offers full outpatient care, part‑time inpatient care and an After Hours Coverage Program. You will have the flexibility to build your own practice or work walk‑in clinic hours at a pace that suits you, with the option of virtual consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family and general medical care to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Participate in part‑time inpatient duties as required.
• Collaborate with the after‑hours coverage team to ensure continuous patient support.
• Utilise clinic EMR systems (Oscar, Juno) for accurate documentation and billing.
• Engage in virtual consultations using Cortico and AI tools when appropriate.

Required profile

• Medical degree with a valid license to practice in Canada.
• Experience in family or general practice, preferably in a group setting.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Commitment to delivering cost‑effective, high‑quality patient care.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oscar EMR.
• Proficiency with Juno EMR.
• Familiarity with Cortico virtual care platform.
