Faculty Position – Management (Teaching & Leadership)

About the role

This faculty position focuses on teaching management concepts, especially around innovation, crisis communication, and leadership. The role involves guiding students to develop interpersonal and organizational skills needed to influence and lead within changing environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver courses on management, innovation, and crisis leadership.
• Develop business development plans, written reports, and other documentation for classroom use.
• Mentor students on effective communication strategies and organizational change.
• Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and academic committees.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field; PhD preferred.
• Professional experience in business, board service, or active participation in professional associations within the last five years.
• Prior university teaching experience is an asset.

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience developing business development plans and formal reports.
