Main Missions

• Develop and deliver engaging workshops and training sessions for corporations, organizations, and local communities.
• Create high-quality pedagogical materials and educational resources focused on disability awareness and inclusion.
• Provide expert consultancy on accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive environments.
• Represent VDRC at public awareness events and community outreach activities.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with community stakeholders to promote large-scale accessibility initiatives.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in training, education, or social advocacy, specifically related to disability rights.
• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build partnerships and represent the organization professionally.
• A passion for social justice and the empowerment of persons with disabilities.
