Executive Assistant – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support a leading banking client in downtown Toronto. The role is permanent, full‑time and requires a blend of financial industry knowledge and top‑tier organisational skills to manage executive schedules and stakeholder interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to multiple senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination and meeting preparation.
• Act as a liaison between the bank’s internal teams and external partners, handling communications with junior staff through C‑suite contacts.
• Prepare and proofread documents, presentations and reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking standards.
• Maintain a high level of availability, including evenings and weekends, to address urgent matters and support virtual engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the financial services sector or a closely related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to support several executives simultaneously.
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels, from junior staff to senior leadership.
• Willingness to work on‑site four days per week in downtown Toronto and remain reachable for after‑hours support.
