Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic, non‑IT workstream within the Intraday Liquidity Program for Corporate Finance. The role is based in Toronto (hybrid) and will run for at least six months, with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide initiatives, coordinating internal teams, external partners, and matrixed stakeholders.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring alignment between business strategy, scope, and outcomes.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation through transition to operations, and chair core team and executive governance meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, preparing concise executive communications and decision‑support materials.
• Control scope, schedule, cost, and quality; develop and track integrated delivery plans, milestones, and status reports.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards for project management, risk, audit, and compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement of PM practices.

Required profile

• University degree (or equivalent) and 7–10+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven success leading large‑scale, complex, strategic initiatives, preferably in a regulated finance environment.
• Strong ability to navigate and influence within a highly matrixed organization.
