Event Coordinator

About the role

The Event Coordinator will support the planning and execution of conferences, meetings and special events. Working in a bilingual environment, you will ensure smooth operations from promotion to post‑event follow‑up while collaborating with multiple internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Promote conference, meeting services and special events to attract clients.
• Coordinate and monitor all conference and meeting activities, handling details and client inquiries.
• Arrange set‑up and monitoring of multimedia equipment for events.
• Establish work schedules and align activities with other units or departments.
• Provide timely information and support to clients throughout the event lifecycle.

Required profile

• Client‑focused with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Initiative‑driven, organized and able to manage time effectively.
• Team player who can multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Resourceful and able to work independently when needed.
