About the role
The Event Coordinator will support the planning and execution of conferences, meetings and special events. Working in a bilingual environment, you will ensure smooth operations from promotion to post‑event follow‑up while collaborating with multiple internal departments.
Key responsibilities
- Promote conference, meeting services and special events to attract clients.
- Coordinate and monitor all conference and meeting activities, handling details and client inquiries.
- Arrange set‑up and monitoring of multimedia equipment for events.
- Establish work schedules and align activities with other units or departments.
- Provide timely information and support to clients throughout the event lifecycle.
Required profile
- Client‑focused with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Initiative‑driven, organized and able to manage time effectively.
- Team player who can multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Resourceful and able to work independently when needed.
