Epic Radiant Consultant & Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Epic Radiant Consultant and Team Lead to join Accenture’s Advanced Technology Centers. In this role you will work with Accenture teams, software vendors and client stakeholders to design, configure and implement Epic Radiant solutions that improve business workflows. You will help clients navigate transformation journeys and deliver innovative technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Document current state business workflows and assist in designing new workflows.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements, use cases and high‑level functional specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and analysts to set metrics and performance goals for the application.
• Translate requirements into test conditions, support product, performance and user‑acceptance testing.
• Participate in quality reviews to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Configure and integrate Epic Radiant, support testing activities and assist with system setup.
• Act as liaison between the client’s Epic team and Accenture technical leads to clarify data structures, workflows and technology capabilities.
• Develop and document data requests and source‑to‑target mappings.
• Assist in developing documentation and training materials for end‑users.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Epic Radiant consultant or similar role.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage client relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Mid‑level experience (typically 3‑5 years) in healthcare IT implementations.
• Ability to work in fast‑changing environments.
