About the role

Aventas, a fast‑growing marketing agency, is looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level HR Recruiter to join its Administration & Human Resources team. This is a full‑time, on‑site position where you will support hiring initiatives and daily HR operations while gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general office administration support.
• Manage job board postings and coordinate high‑volume candidate bookings.
• Facilitate communication between departments and schedule interviews.
• Onboard new hires, conduct background checks, and deliver orientations.
• Utilize the company’s CRM system for candidate tracking and HR tasks.
• Participate in calls and training sessions to develop recruitment skills.

Required profile

• Motivated self‑starter with outstanding communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a professional demeanor.
• Highly organized with an impressive work ethic.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using CRM software for candidate management.
