About the role

A meaningful co‑op placement at ACCIONA gives students the chance to contribute to major sustainable infrastructure projects while gaining real‑world experience across the project life‑cycle. You will work alongside experienced professionals on projects that shape communities and support a sustainable future.

Key responsibilities

• Gain exposure to different stages and aspects of the project life‑cycle, from concept to delivery.
• Participate in construction and project delivery, technical or engineering tasks, systems, corporate or functional activities as needed.
• Learn from senior engineers and project leaders, building practical skills and professional networks.

Required profile

• Curiosity and openness to learning, with a willingness to ask questions and try new things.
• Strong teamwork, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic project environment where priorities can change quickly.
