Design Manager – Luxury Custom Homes

About the role

Alloy Homes is seeking a visionary Design Manager to lead the creative direction of our luxury custom‑home portfolio. You will act as the primary client ambassador, guiding high‑net‑worth owners from concept through flawless execution while shaping the firm’s design future.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted architectural guide for high‑net‑worth clients, delivering a white‑glove, concierge‑level experience.
• Develop deep client relationships and translate lifestyle needs into bold, innovative design solutions.
• Lead the design studio, overseeing conceptualization, detailing, engineering coordination, and construction documentation.
• Produce hands‑on creative work such as conceptual designs, renderings, and detail drawings.
• Resolve complex design and technical issues within broader architectural and environmental contexts.
• Manage production of architectural and interior design documentation and ensure seamless collaboration with construction teams, consultants, trades, and suppliers.
• Oversee development and building permit submissions and municipal review processes.

Required profile
