Cyber Security Specialist – Cloud & IAM

About the role

We are seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to join the Security Engineering team at Coke Canada Bottling. The role bridges security strategy with hands‑on implementation, focusing on building and strengthening secure cloud infrastructure and the Identity and Access Management lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead security projects from concept through delivery, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Advance the technical maturity of the cloud environment and IAM lifecycle, optimizing role‑based access control, secrets management and modern authentication protocols.
• Scope and manage enterprise‑wide penetration testing engagements, coordinate testing across IT and OT environments, and drive remediation of findings.
• Design, implement and maintain security controls for both IT and OT systems, embedding guardrails in cloud and infrastructure deployments.
• Conduct technical security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cloud security and IAM within a large enterprise.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, secrets management and modern authentication methods.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating penetration testing and remediation efforts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
