About the role
We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to drive adoption and long‑term value for equipment dealerships using our digital platform. In this autonomous role you will work directly with dealership teams, helping them become self‑sufficient and scale the solution across service, parts, and leadership functions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop internal champions within dealerships to sustain platform adoption.
- Deliver onboarding and training sessions focused on independence rather than ongoing support.
- Translate dealership operations and end‑customer needs into practical workflows that showcase platform value.
- Monitor adoption metrics, spot friction points, and enable teams to resolve issues autonomously.
- Build trust‑based relationships that encourage open communication on performance and improvement opportunities.
- Create scalable enablement resources such as playbooks, guides, and role‑specific training content.
- Capture and share success stories to accelerate adoption across the broader customer base.
- Provide structured feedback to product teams and communicate updates in a user‑friendly manner.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer‑facing roles within B2B2C or SaaS environments.
- Background in customer success, account management, or enablement, preferably with equipment dealerships or similar sectors.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, including service and parts workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive behavioral change.
- “Train‑the‑trainer” mindset focused on scalability and long‑term independence.
