About the role
PointClickCare is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the Great Lakes territory in the United States. The role is primarily remote, with 25‑50% travel to client sites and internal offices. You will partner with healthcare providers to ensure they maximize the value of PointClickCare’s platform.
Key responsibilities
- Build, grow, and expand relationships with clients at all organizational levels, including C‑suite, IT, clinical, and finance.
- Act as the primary point of contact to drive adoption, usage, and ROI of PointClickCare solutions.
- Identify and address client needs, providing strategic guidance and best‑practice recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver a world‑class customer experience.
- Travel to client locations and PointClickCare offices as required (25‑50% of the time).
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS sales within the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working remotely while maintaining high visibility and collaboration.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the Great Lakes region.
