Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the primary point of contact for customers in a call‑center environment. You will deliver exceptional service, process transactions, and resolve inquiries while adhering to company policies and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and courteously.
• Process payments, refunds, and account updates accurately.
• Document interactions and transaction details in the system.
• Troubleshoot issues, answer product‑related questions, and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Provide clear information about fare media, programs, and related services.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
• Achieve KPIs such as call handling time, first‑call resolution, and transaction accuracy.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call‑center or high‑volume environment.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Availability to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.
• Experience using CRM or call‑center platforms (preferred).
