Customer Experience Representative

About the role

Tayco is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Experience Representative to join its growing team. In this role you will act as a liaison between customers, sales representatives and internal departments, ensuring orders are processed accurately and customers receive timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Review purchase orders and communicate with dealers to confirm accurate entry.
• Receive, process and verify customer orders using the ERP system.
• Create order headers for quotes or drawings and forward them to Order Analysts.
• Complete all required paperwork and online documentation for installations.
• Clarify order details with customers and provide information to Order Analysts.
• Handle customer inquiries, delivering high‑quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent conflict‑resolution, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Highly flexible with solid interpersonal skills for a diverse environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and email.
• Proven data‑entry and typing accuracy.
