About the role
Nestlé Professional is looking for a Customer Business Specialist to support the Regional Sales Team across the Western provinces of Canada. This remote position will focus on internal customer setup, order management, and administrative support to ensure smooth operations and excellent service for key accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Key Account Managers and Account Managers with the internal setup of new customers, handling data entry and updates in C4C and Exceedra.
- Prepare and manage trade‑asset installation checklists and schedules, coordinating equipment and material readiness.
- Maintain and grow the existing customer base, including grouping distributors in British Columbia and Alberta.
- Oversee ordering of POS materials, smallware, and other product requirements, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
- Complete forms for product listings, price changes, and seasonal programs accurately.
- Support sales presentations, trade‑show logistics, and customer events.
- Ensure data accuracy across multiple systems, conduct regular audits, and report discrepancies.
- Attend key‑account dispenser installations and perform quality‑assurance audits.
- Manage sample orders for the sales team, delivering requests promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or analytical role.
- Post‑secondary education in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience using C4C and Exceedra systems.
