Corporate Lawyer – Fee Split & Bonus

About the role

We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join our established practice in White Rock. The successful candidate will bring an existing client base and help expand the firm’s portfolio of over 350 companies.

Key responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Managing corporate reorganisations and incorporations.
• Facilitating commercial borrowing arrangements.
• Advising on the purchase and sale of businesses.
• Handling real‑property transactions.
• Creating trusts and supporting accountant‑driven planning.

Required profile

• Member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia.
• Minimum five years of corporate/commercial law experience.
• Proactive, able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
• Capacity to respond quickly to the demands of a commercial solicitor’s practice.
