Corporate Communications Manager – 18‑Month Contract

About the role

The Manager, Corporate Communications leads CTC’s internal communications, ensuring that messaging is on brand, on time, and on budget. This 18‑month contract role balances creative ambition with operational discipline while fostering a collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an enterprise employee communications portfolio to build understanding, alignment and engagement across the organization.
• Lead and develop a small team of communications professionals, delivering integrated employee communications.
• Partner with executives and cross‑functional teams to shape messaging, channel strategy and change communications.
• Act as a strategic communications advisor to senior leaders and establish governance for editorial standards and approvals.
• Drive communications for enterprise transformation initiatives, creating awareness and sustained behaviour change.
• Plan and execute communication strategies for key moments, defining objectives, audiences, messaging, channels and cadence.
• Craft clear, engaging content such as executive messages, employee stories, scripts, FAQs and presentations.
• Support internal communications during sensitive situations, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications (external, events, content, film/production) to deliver aligned storytelling.
• Define and measure communication effectiveness using data and feedback, linking insights to business outcomes.
