Construction Worker – Calgary

About the role

Dynamic Concrete Pumping Inc. is hiring a Construction Worker for its Calgary, Alberta site. The position involves handling construction materials, mixing and placing concrete or asphalt, and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment on active construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials.
• Perform pre‑operational inspections of equipment.
• Mix, pour and spread concrete and asphalt.
• Clean and pile salvaged materials and remove rubble and debris.

Required profile

• Ability to work outdoors in demanding conditions (heights, noise, dust, heat).
• Physically capable of handling loads up to 23 kg and performing manual tasks.
• Own reliable transportation to reach job sites.
• Holds Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) and WHMIS certificates.
• Completed pre‑apprenticeship or apprenticeship training in construction.

Required skills

• CSTS certification.
• WHMIS certification.
• Pre‑operational equipment inspection.
• Concrete mixing and pouring.
• Use of personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety boots, gloves).
