Construction Superintendent – Full Time Site Leader

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Construction Superintendent to lead site crews on projects based in Saskatoon and across Western Canada. The role involves on‑site supervision, coordination with subcontractors, project managers, owners and consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize and control construction projects from start to finish according to specifications, budget and timeline.
• Oversee daily field activities and supervise subcontractors and on‑site staff.
• Manage the QA/QC program and monitor on‑site safety compliance.
• Train new employees and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Mentor foremen and other superintendents, fostering team culture and company values.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout Western Canada.
• Experience supervising construction projects in commercial, institutional, mixed‑use or industrial environments.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and on remote sites.
• Strong communication skills for daily interaction with subcontractors, owners and consultants.
