Client Care Specialist – 1‑Year Contract

About the role

This is an administrative customer‑service position focused on inbound calls. You will be the first point of contact for residential clients, securing sales and scheduling pest‑control services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming telephone calls, secure residential sales and schedule services.
• Enter daily reports, new contracts, one‑time work orders, and product sales forms into the system.
• Resolve residential account issues and maintain up‑to‑date customer files.
• Schedule Route Managers for one‑time work and home services, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete month‑end tasks, check missing tag reports, and manage chain‑account reporting and scoring.

Required profile

• At least one year of customer‑service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and support skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Team‑player attitude and ability to work with related hardware and software.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of $40,000 per year, plus a competitive commission structure.
• Shift schedule: Monday‑Thursday 4 pm‑12 am, Sunday 9 am‑5 pm, Fridays and Saturdays off, with holiday work as needed.
