CEO & Business Leadership Coach

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CEO or senior business leader to join a global business‑coaching partnership as a CEO & Business Leadership Coach. Working remotely with occasional travel, you will partner with CEOs, business owners, and leadership teams of high‑growth companies to accelerate their strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner and coach to CEOs, helping them navigate complex business challenges and improve leadership effectiveness.
• Provide business coaching to senior executives to align on strategic objectives, optimize performance, and enhance team collaboration.
• Oversee high‑priority projects, ensuring milestones are met and obstacles are addressed with foresight.
• Support partnered businesses in strategic planning, operations, and investor relations to drive international expansion.
• Serve as liaison between executive teams and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and execution of key initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives that streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CEO or senior business leader with a passion for coaching and leadership development.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership, operations, or project management.
• Track record of driving organizational growth and leading professional teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Leadership, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with high business acumen and ability to translate vision into actionable steps.
