About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM professional to lead Time & Labor and Absence Management initiatives for its clients. You will work on large‑scale Oracle Cloud implementations, driving innovation and delivering high‑quality HCM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions focused on Time & Labor and Absence Management.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through the full project lifecycle, from design to delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide functional expertise, and ensure successful adoption.
