About the role
Sony Canada ULC is seeking an experienced Business Manager to drive growth for the Interchangeable Lens Cameras and Accessories portfolio within the Imaging Solutions business unit. You will partner with internal teams and key channel partners to ensure daily business operations run smoothly and meet fiscal targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the PDCA cycle with leadership to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the Imaging Solutions Business Planner on product inbound, shipments, allocations, and monthly sales monitoring.
- Collect and analyze long‑term sales and market data to set yearly fiscal targets.
- Prepare and present business review and planning topics to Japan HQ.
- Provide internal operational support across departments to maintain business continuity.
- Maintain consistent communication with Account Managers and channel partners on sales progress, forecasts, and market trends.
- Handle product inquiries, marketing assets, delivery updates, and market development funds.
- Update marketing materials and sales tools for the Imaging Solutions category.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement sales promotions to drive business.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business management or a similar role.
- Proven ability to develop business strategy and manage financial and budgetary processes.
- Strong leadership with focus on analytics, process improvement, and continuous business practices.
- Experience in forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain.
