About the role

We are seeking a relationship‑driven, entrepreneurial professional to generate revenue while creating community impact. You will build partnerships, identify new opportunities, and convert leads into meaningful collaborations, managing a sales pipeline and representing the organization at events.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture B2B partnerships, especially in HR tech, training, or nonprofit sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and convert leads into collaborations.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and create repeatable sales processes.
  • Represent CCRW at events and with partners, communicating the mission with confidence.
  • Own targets and contribute to the organization’s sustainability and mission.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related discipline.
  • 1‑3+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within HR tech, training, or nonprofit environments.
  • Strategic thinker with strong process‑building abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Mission‑driven, self‑starter, resilient, and able to thrive in a results‑driven environment.
  • Strong time and project management, collaborative mindset, and natural relationship‑building abilities.
