Join a leading national law firm in a pivotal role within our financial operations. As a Billing Administration Clerk, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless execution of the entire billing cycle, providing essential support to our legal professionals and maintaining high standards of financial accuracy.
Missions principales
- Manage the full end-to-end billing cycle for assigned lawyers.
- Review and prepare pre-bills, process time transfers, and manage fee adjustments.
- Oversee invoice follow-ups and resolve complex e-billing issues.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and manage collections/accounts receivable.
- Perform essential administrative tasks including file opening, conflict searches, and data entry.
Profil recherché
- High School Diploma required.
- 2 to 5 years of administrative experience, preferably within a professional services environment (law firm experience is a significant asset).
- Proven understanding of legal billing processes and workflows.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Competences requises
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Problem-solving skills specifically related to e-billing and financial discrepancies.
