Bilingual Nurse Case Manager – Remote (East Coast)

About the role

The Bilingual Nurse Case Manager (NCM) joins Sentrex Health Solutions' Patient Support team to coordinate and deliver services for patient support programs. Working remotely, the NCM serves as the primary contact for assigned health‑care providers and ensures patients receive seamless access to their therapies and program resources.

Key responsibilities

• Register health‑care providers (HCPs) and patients according to program protocols.
• Enter and maintain accurate case data from multiple points of contact.
• Respond to general inquiries via phone or web platforms regarding program services, disease states, or product information.
• Provide medical support to patients and HCPs, facilitating coverage inquiries with insurance companies, pharmacies, and physicians.
• Manage patient cases from enrollment through ongoing support, ensuring timely access to medication and program resources.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• Registered nursing background with experience in patient support or case management.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with patients, HCPs, insurers, and pharmacies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment during standard business hours (8 am–4 pm EST, Monday‑Friday).
