Associate Gallery Leader

About the role

The Associate Gallery Leader will drive the luxury experience for customers and associates in RH’s high‑end furniture galleries. This senior leader will remove obstacles, empower teams, and ensure the brand’s vision and values are lived daily while championing RH’s design aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the RH brand through polished communication, appearance, and professionalism.
• Coach, lead, and develop cross‑functional teams to create a positive, dynamic environment.
• Drive results through team engagement, empowerment, and accountability.
• Attract and retain top talent across all levels of the gallery.
• Adapt to change, prioritize complex issues, and address HR concerns in partnership with the People Team.

Required profile

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high‑end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Superior organization, analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence, and inspire teams.
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strategic agility, results‑driven mindset, and openness to feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Mac Operating System.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Google Applications.
