Associate – Capital Markets & Credit Investments

About the role

BCI’s Capital Markets & Credit Investments team is seeking an Associate to focus on the strategic resources investment strategy within its Global Partnership Fund. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will help shape the fund’s approach while building deep sector expertise in metals, mining, and power.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for prospective and existing investments.
• Support due‑diligence processes, including data collection and analysis.
• Prepare investment committee materials and presentation decks.
• Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to ongoing reporting.
• Assist in defining and refining the strategic resources investment approach.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in investment banking, principal investing, or M&A advisory.
• Demonstrated exposure to metals and mining sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with genuine curiosity about the metals, mining, and power industries.
